Prevention is Preferable To a Cure

Fitness and prevention are foremost in all of my treatments.

Follow these five golden rules to maintain optimum health.

Practical tip No. 1:

 

 

* Eat for your health!

 

Practical tip No. 2:

 

* Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

 

Practial tip No. 3:

 

* Drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day.

 

Practial tip No. 4:

 

Make exercise a priority - at least 30 minutes, 4-5 days per week. 

 

Practical tip No. 5:

 

* Enjoy a monthly massage!  Remember....
